FEP is an independent, non-commercial umbrella association of book publishers associations in the European Union. FEP represents 29 national associations of book publishers of the European Union and of the European Economic Area. FEP is the voice of the great majority of publishers in Europe.

We are currently looking for an intern to assist us in:

• the organisation of meetings and events;
• some office activities, i.e. monitoring the parliamentary questions or other EU institutions activities, office agenda management, bookings, supplies, mailing;
• mailing lists management;
• some communications activities, such as website and social media updates, newsletter preparation;
• attending and reporting from meetings;
• European project assistance.

REQUESTED COMPETENCES: Very good computer literacy (MSOffice, Internet, Social Media, possibly graphic design programs and websites editing), very good communication skills, strong organisational, time management and planning skills, ability to work with multiple issues/tasks simultaneously, experience in the field of office management and events organisation.

REQUESTED LANGUAGES: Fluency in English, knowledge of French is an asset
