This Seminar brought together speakers from RROs, authors and publishers associations, National Libraries, as well as representatives of the European Commission and MEPs. Two panels on Access to works in Education and on the Digitisation of out-of-commerce works offered an opportunity to discover the innovative solutions that have been developed in Europe to respond to dynamic user requirements.
